STEP 1

Open the file.

r means reading. Before starting, make sure that the file is already in the project folder.

with open("hello.txt", "r", encoding="utf-8") as file:
    text = file.read()

✦ In text will be the contents of the file.

STEP 2

Show me what you read.

read gets all the text. After the with block, it can be output.

with open("hello.txt", "r", encoding="utf-8") as file:
    text = file.read()
print(text)

✦ Text will appear from hello.txt.
