Programming by step
Codeway helps beginners understand the code with short examples and immediately try them yourself.
What's on the site?
Five courses: Python Core, Java, JavaScript, C++ and Visual Studio Code. In each lesson there is a summary with an example. Programming courses offer separate class and homework. In the course of the editor there is practice on his computer and questions for self-checking.
How does the audit work?
A great job is recruited by the student model. Home decides itself: the site marks the first line, which differs from the educational solution, and suggests a topic for repetition. The code sent won't start. Therefore, the other correct way of solving sometimes does not count – it is the limitation of the current check.
Progress and examinations
The notes are open without registration. An account is needed to save the results of tasks, see progress on courses and return to it later. At the end of courses in programming languages there is a test of knowledge with assessment and topics for repetition. You can retake the exam or start the course again.
Codeway teaches the basics. After lessons, it is useful to write your own programs and check them in a real editor.
